We hope you have a wonderful Valentine’s Day! If you choose to, you can remember Jesus, who is the perfect example of Love. We can love Him! When we do, it changes our hearts forever to truly love and serve our neighbors.
If We Love Him by Nik Day
We hope you always remember that Jesus loves you. You can do that by keeping His commandments, praying, partaking of His sacrament, and studying His word in the scriptures.
Here are some of the many scriptures that testify of His love for you:
- “The Lord hath appeared of old unto me, saying, Yea, I have loved thee with an everlasting love: therefore with lovingkindness have I drawn thee.” -Jeremiah 31:3
- “For God so loved the world (you), that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” -John 3:16
- “Now before the feast of the passover, when Jesus knew that his hour was come that he should depart out of this world unto the Father, having loved his own which were in the world (you), he loved them (you) unto the end.” -John 13:1
- Who shall separate [you] from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? Nay, in all these things [you] are more than [a] conqueror through him that loved [you]. For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate [you] from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus [your] Lord. -Romans 8:35-39
